At Teewink, we take pride in the quality of our products and craftsmanship. We guarantee 100% satisfaction on items that are defective or made in error on our part. Please review our updated policy below to better understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Our Guarantee

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost:

  • The product is flawed or damaged
  • The print quality is poor
  • The item is different from what you ordered (wrong size, design, or color)

To request a replacement, please email [email protected] with:

  • A photo of the item you received
  • Any close-up images of defects or errors

Our customer support team will review your claim. If approved, we’ll process your replacement free of charge.

2. Returns Due to Customer Error

Because our products are made to order, we typically do not accept returns due to customer errors such as:

  • Choosing the wrong size
  • Selecting the wrong design or color

If you still wish to discuss a return, please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll review your case and, if approved, provide a return address.

Please note:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Unauthorized or damaged returns will not be eligible for refund or exchange

Refunds, if approved, will be issued within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take several days to post
  • Next, check with your bank—processing delays are possible

4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at [email protected]. If your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions.

5. Order Cancellation

Because we print on demand, orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After this period, your order is sent to production and can no longer be canceled.

Note: Between October 15 and December 25, due to high order volume, cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing the order.

6. Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return
  • Once the return is received, we’ll send a gift certificate to your email

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return shipping address
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable
  • If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
